Warner Home Video has announced the love story P.S. I Love You, starring previously tough actors Gerard Butler and Hillary Swank of Million Dollar Baby and 300 fame respectively, will be released in May on Blu-ray Disc and HD DVD.

The Blu-ray version will arrive in stores on May 6, followed three weeks later by the HD DVD version on May 27 which follows Warner's self-imposed release guidelines for HD DVD as the format's existence winds down.

It's a pleasant surprise to find that despite its soppy premise, this film induces just as many laughs as tears.
